There is no charge for an initial consultation for
new clients.

Rates will be agreed with the client prior to
commencement of work. There is a minimum charge of one hour and
charges thereafter are in 15 minute increments.

Prices quoted do not include postage, telephone
calls and mileage, which are charged at cost.

All clients are required to sign a client
contract agreement before the commencement of any work.

Payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice.
No information will be disclosed to a third party
without your consent and documentation will only be retained for
as long as you feel is necessary. A client confidentiality
agreement will be signed where appropriate.
A cost-effective monthly retainer package is
available, which will guarantee a set number of hours per month
with discounts on hourly rates as follows: -

20 + hours per month – 5% discount on hourly
rates.

30 + hours per month – 10% discount on hourly
rates.

40 + hours per month – 15% discount on hourly
rates.
Prices are competitive, starting from £18.00 an
hour for services such as Word Processing, Data Entry and
Invoicing. |
